Projects in the automotive, aviation, medical, white goods industry, cooperation with universities, numerous printed prototypes, final parts or production tools made with the use of 3D technology – these are just some of 3DGence printers applications in Polish companies and institutions.
All thanks to the commitment and experience of people without whom the development of the company would not be possible. What was achieved in that time?
Knowledge, experience and team
Production of the first 3D printer, 3DGence began in 2014. At that time the team consists of 5 people and the headquarters of the company was located in a small hall in the Science and Technology Park operating at the Silesian University of Technology.
Today, the company employs more than 100 people and its portfolio includes three key products sold in 36 countries. Offices, modern R&D laboratories and production halls are located in two buildings with a total area of 2000 m2. Only 5 years were needed to implement all these changes.
All this wouldn’t have worked out without the commitment of the team. On behalf of the management board, I would like to thank each and every employee individually, because everyone has contributed to where we are today. From the very beginning, the most important for 3DGence were the people. We are the foundation of our organization. Each of us has a significant role to make success achievable, because the satisfaction of our customer lays in our hands. Thank you!
Andrzej Kukuła, President of the 3DGence Board.
Success of the Polish manufacturer of 3D printers
3DGence printers, including 3DGence ONE, 3DGence DOUBLE P255 and 3DGence INDUSTRY F340, are trusted by many customers in various industries around the world. We sell on 3 continents and we are the first manufacturer in Poland, whose 3D printers received TÜV Rheinland certificates confirming the quality and safety of operation.
5 years on the market is a great success for a company in the new technologies sector. From the very beginning I have been actively involved in the development of 3DGence and I can see that it would not have been possible without the support of such a committed team. I am glad that we are still growing and we offer our customers new solutions that will help them in their daily business
Mateusz Sidorowicz, Marketing Director, 3DGence
A breakthrough moment in the development of our company was the investment made by Michał Sołowow, an entrepreneur and businessman, who believes in the potential of 3D printing and in the benefits of using this technology in the production process.
Michał Sołowow in 2016 trusted a team of young people and believed that a company from Poland can develop its products on a global scale in the area of new technologies. Today, we are a large company that has effectively and efficiently faced many challenges in its development.
Krzysztof Wilk, Director of R&D, 3DGence
New technologies and future plans
Although 3D printing began in the 1970s, it’s still a relatively new technology, with new solutions emerging all the time. 3DGence also contributes to the creation of this history. In 2018, we were the first company in the world to introduce and offer soluble support material for PEEK.
Our plans for this year include presenting new products from the INDUSTRY line, to meet the growing expectations and needs of our customers. We are also developing our service department and creating new material profiles, which significantly facilitates the work with printers from our portfolio.
