JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Help our customers unlock the full potential of Additive Manufacturing by assisting with part design and production set-up
  • Onboard customers to 3DGence solutions and services
  • Collaborate with and support the Sales team with technical and configuration expertise
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues reported by clients & partners, and contribute to continuous improvements
  • On-site installations for Industrial 3D Printing Solutions with our customers
  • Use and help build the 3DGence’s support knowledge base to engage prospective customers and make our existing customers more successful
  • Participate in R&D and innovation projects as required
  • Travel up to 25%

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Education:

  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering (BSc, MSc, or related field)

 

Experience & Skills

  • Minimum 3 years of experience working in an Advanced Manufacturing, 3D Printing, or Technical Engineering roles
  • CAD experience
  • Hands-on Engineering mindset
  • Proactive, creative thinker with a proven ability to provide solutions
  • Great communication and interpersonal skills to thrive in a collaborative and teamwork environment

PREFFERED EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:

  • Additive Manufacturing/3D Printing/CNC Engineering background and interest is a major plus
  • 1+ year of customer support or customer interfacing experience preferred
  • Experience providing top-tier customer engagement or technical support in a professional environment is a plus

This position will work side-by-side with our Sales & Marketing Project Manager and the Engineering Team to support a variety of operational and administrative functions. ADIMINISTARTIVE BOOKKEEPER JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Bookkeeping in QuickBooks Enterprise
  • A/R and A/P management
  • Inventory Management
  • Assist with client payments
  • Expense report processing and administration
  • Multiple calendars organization and management
  • Assist with light recruiting activities
  • Support company operations by maintaining office systems, and help with streamlining key processes

ADIMINISTARTIVE BOOKKEEPER JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Education:

  • Bachelors or some college in the related fields

Required Professional Skills:

  • Bookkeeping In QuickBooks (preferably in QuickBooks Enterprise and Desktop)

  • Planowanie produkcji na Farmie druku 3D ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem optymalizacji i terminowości realizacji zleceń oraz utylizacji dostępnego parku maszynowego,
  • Organizacja pracy działu usług 3D,
  • Nadzorowanie pracy pracowników oraz ciągły rozwój ich kompetencji,
  • Bieżąca analiza efektywności wykorzystania parku maszynowego i wypracowywanie rozwiązań pozwalających  na optymalizację wykorzystania mocy przerobowych oraz redukcję odrzutu,
  • Przygotowanie i przedstawienie raportów zawierających zestawienie czasu pracy drukarek,
  • Obsługa systemu ERP (IFS) w Dziale Usług Druku 3D,
  • Sporządzanie wycen towarów i usług dla klientów 3DGence,
  • Prowadzenie historii klientów w wewnętrznym systemie CRM,
  • Nadzorowanie aktualizacji i kalibracji drukarek należących do Działu Usług Druku 3D,
  • Prowadzenie ścisłej współpracy ze wszystkimi działami 3DGence,
  • Przekazywanie uwag i spostrzeżeń do Działu R&D, Działu Produkcji i Działu Kontroli Jakości w celu ciągłego rozwoju produktów 3DGence,
  • Przygotowanie raportów cotygodniowych zawierających zestawienie wykonanych zadań

  • Supervision of the process of printing the particular parts both for the needs of the company and within the performance of customer orders
  • Drafting and submitting reports which comprise the specification of printer operation time for each week of operation (the week of operation is counted from Monday to Sunday)
  • Implementation of the ERP (IFS) system in the 3D Printing Services Department and performance of tasks ordered via the ERP (IFS) system
  • Performance and supervision of organisational activities at the 3D Printing Services Department as well as motivating the Services Department staff and development of their competencies
  • Supervision of updates and calibration of the printers owned by the 3D Printing Services Department

  • Minimum one year experience in managing teams
